Business Manager

Manage the setup of the local Company and all related facilities in Macae, Brazil. The responsibility will include, but not limited to, being the point of contact in Brazil for all departments concerning the lead and setup of operations support including finance, accounting, tax, legal, human resources, safety & training, supply chain, maintenance and drilling. Responsible for identifying all third party vendors that will be required to provide support to a working region. These third parties will include, but not limited to, catering logistics, travel, visa & immigration and any onshore and offshore labor that may from time to time be required. Liaise with department leads to ensure third parties have been vetted, are on approved vendor list with a signed master service agreement in place and on record with the Company.
